About the Role: Worksaver Material Handling Equipment is looking for a skilled CNC Brake Operator/CNC Plasma Table Operator to join our growing team in Shawnee, OK. Responsibilities:- Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal components to specification
- Operate CNC plasma cutting tables to cut metal parts with precision and accuracy
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure correct part dimensions
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and squares for quality control
- Perform routine machine maintenance, adjustments, and tooling changes as needed
- Monitor material feed, cut quality, and machine performance throughout production runs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with shop safety standards
Requirements:- Previous experience operating CNC press brake and/or CNC plasma cutting equipment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and part specifications
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools including calipers, squares, and tape measures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate parts
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform machine setup and tooling changes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
