WORK LOCATION:Howell Branch - 806 Lyons Blvd, Fredericksburg, VA 22406
STARTING SALARY:Hiring starts at $66,721 - $81,293 with excellent benefits, including affordable health premiums and VRS retirement for a total compensation package worth approximately$90,330 - $107,380per year. The starting PTO amount is 4 weeks plus approximately 1 week of PTO earned for holidays.
TOTAL HOURS:40 hours/week; Branch Managers will telework one day a week, as organizational needs permit. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to accommodate community meetings and special events.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:Responsible for all branch operations.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES:Primary leadership position and administrative representative within the branch.
