School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Lawrence, MA

Step into a rewarding role supporting students in elementary and middle school settings as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) on a contract basis for the upcoming school year. You'll work closely with school-based teams across three campuses, making a real difference in the communication abilities and confidence of young learners.

• Demonstrates prior experience or strong interest in school-based therapy

Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist to implement therapy plans for students
• Provide direct speech-language services to elementary and middle school students
• Track student progress and maintain documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards
• Support students individually or in small groups as needed
• Collaborate with educators and other related service providers across three school sites
• Communicate clearly with students, families, and staff to ensure the best outcomes

Role Details:

• 34 hours per week, aligning with the academic calendar
• Contract runs from ASAP through June 18, 2027
• Serve students across three school campuses in supportive and inclusive environments
