Dealership Insurance Sales Manager

EIG Insurance Center is hiring an Insurance Sales Manager in Waldorf, Maryland. We focus on consultative, relationship-driven sales rather than high-pressure product pushing.In this role, you will listen to prospective clients, explain policy choices clearly, and guide them toward the right coverage for their needs while building long-term relationships. You will utilize our very unique insurance sales process, which is designed to guarantee a sale and ensure a happy customer every time.

• Speak with prospects and clients to understand their insurance needs
• Recommend coverage options that fit each customer’s situation
• Prepare quotes, explain policy details, and help close sales
• Follow up on leads in a timely and organized way
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations, policies, and updates
• Support customers with questions, policy changes, and renewals
• Build long-term relationships through respectful, dependable service
• Work closely with the agency team to support sales goals and client satisfaction
• Stay informed on available products, coverage changes, and licensing requirements

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty License
• Experience in sales, customer service, and insurance
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build trust and maintain lasting client relationships
• Comfort working with lead follow-up, quoting, and closing sales
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM or agency systems
• Prior experience in a local agency environment preferred
• Goal-oriented approach with steady attention to detail
