friendly, motivated, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team!
This isn’t just a job answering phones.
You’ll be the face and voice of Essig’s Automotive helping our customers feel confident, informed, and taken care of from the moment they walk through our doors.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer phones and help customers with questions
- Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Communicate with technicians and customers to keep things moving
- Create and process invoices and payments
- Help customers understand their recommended services and repairs
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Keep our front office organized and welcoming
