Responsibilities:- Assist with a variety of general construction tasks including framing, demolition, and site preparation
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed by site supervisors
- Follow blueprints, instructions, and project plans to ensure quality workmanship
- Perform concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing tasks as required
Requirements:- Prior experience in general construction, labor, or a related trade preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50+ lbs
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on all job sites
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
