We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and motived General shop Assistant to join our growing team. You may be the ideal candidate if your skills match the following criteria:
- Follow standard quality and safety standards
- Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule
- Honest and reliable
- Team oriented
- Quality conscious
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with woodworking equipment (a plus but not required)
- Experience with hand tools (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Understand company product lines, machinery, and production standards
- Manage and coordinate inventory for production use
- Sweep/Clean up shop
- Basic machine and shop maintenance
