The Auto Part Delivery Driver is responsible for the timely and safe delivery of auto parts to stores in the Portland and Tualatin areas. The role requires a physically capable individual who can handle heavy merchandise, manage time efficiently, and maintain a presentable vehicle suitable for transporting parts. This is a full-time position with a typical schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, with occasional opportunities for overtime and weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver auto parts to stores in Portland and Tualatin using a personal 4 or 6-cylinder vehicle
- Load and unload all merchandise independently, including heavy parts up to 80 lbs
- Maintain a presentable vehicle and adjust seating to accommodate larger parts
- Manage daily driving routes covering 150-180 miles efficiently and safely
- Interact professionally with customers during deliveries
- Demonstrate strong time management to meet delivery schedules
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto registration for personal delivery vehicle
- Auto insurance for personal delivery vehicle
