Job Description
One of Insight Global's Security clients is seeking an Installation Technician to join their growing team supporting residential communities, gated neighborhoods, condominiums, and homeowners' associations (HOAs). This technician will be responsible for the installation, programming, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of residential security, life safety, access control, video surveillance, and smart-home technology systems within HOA-managed communities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with low-voltage systems, alarm panels, surveillance cameras, access control devices, structured cabling, and customer-facing installations. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently throughout residential communities while maintaining a professional presence with homeowners, HOA board members, property managers, and community staff.
