• Preparing and cooking dishes to perfection in accordance with our fine-dining standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assisting with inventory management and ensuring the quality of ingredients.

We’re seeking a skilled individual who thrives in a high-energy, fine-dining environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 3 years of culinary experience, preferably in an upscale or fine-dining setting.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours during shifts.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for culinary excellence.
• The ability to work collaboratively with a team while maintaining composure under pressure.
