IT Manager Systems

About the Role:

The IT Manager Systems is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. This role involves managing system administrators and IT staff to deliver reliable and scalable technology solutions that support business objectives. Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT systems management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and IT service management frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and containerization (e.g., VMware, Docker).
• Background in project management methodologies like Agile or PMP.
