Project Architect, Multi-Family Residential
We are seeking a Project Architect (Job Captain) for our Multi-Family Residential Studio.
You will for responsible for:
- Consultant coordination;
- Code and accessibility research;
- Act as in-house project coordinator and support all team members;
- Work to ensure high quality of design through SD, CD and CA phases in collaboration with project manager; and
- Reap the rewards of excellent work! and increase your learning of the business side of architecture.
To be a Lessard team member, you should have:- A Professional degree in architecture, design or related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in base building architecture
- Experience with developer based residential architecture
- Wood-frame multi-family mixed-use high density
- Proficiency in Revit, MS Office required. Photoshop, and/or InDesign a plus
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated personality to take on projects and assignments without the need for the micromanagement of a supervisor
- Basic understanding of IBC & Accessibility Codes
Compensation Range: $75,000 - $100,000
Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
