ShortE's BBQ, located in Johnston, IA, is looking for dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Staff to help us serve up the best BBQ in town. If you have at least one year of experience in the kitchen and are ready to bring your skills to a friendly and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!

As part of our Kitchen Staff, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy the high-quality BBQ that keeps them coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to our high standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Assisting with food prep and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar environment.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to handle a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality food.
• A team-player attitude and excellent communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to our unique BBQ preparation methods.
