Starting pay is based on experience with a pay review after 90 days. Future increases are based on
performance and merit.

• Monday-Friday | 5:00 a.m.-1:45 p.m.
• Monday-Friday | 12:00 p.m.-8:45 p.m.
• Monday-Thursday | 7:00 p.m.-5:45 a.m.

What You'll Do
As a Powder Coater, you will apply powder coatings correctly and consistently while making sure each job meets its specificrequirements.

• Review work tickets, confirm parts are properly prepared, and verify the correct powder and coating requirements beforestarting
• Set up and operate manual powder coating equipment, adjusting grounding, gun settings, powder flow, and applicationtechnique as needed
• Apply consistent coverage to parts of different sizes and shapes, inspect your work before cure, and correct applicationissues when needed
• Follow cure requirements, keep powder booths and equipment clean, and communicate job status or quality concernsbetween shifts

What to Expect
This is an active, hands-on position in a powder coating facility. You will work around powder booths, moving racks, compressed air, and hot ovens and parts. Required PPE is used while coating, including respiratory and eye protection.
Dependability is a must. Regular attendance, arriving on time, and being ready to work at the beginningof your scheduled shift are essential to this position.
You should also be comfortable:

• Following written and verbal instructions, paying close attention to detail, and speaking up when something does not lookright
• Working on your feet for an 8- or 10-hour shift while regularly bending, reaching, and stooping
• Lifting 50+ lbs. and helping move racks or parts as needed
• Working at a steady pace while maintaining quality and safety

Previous production powder coating experience is preferred.
