We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Health Manager to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, home health experience, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
RN PREFERRED:
We are especially interested in candidates who are Registered Nurses (RN) with home health management or supervisory experience.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Oversee daily home health operations.
- Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff.
- Coordinate patient services and care delivery.
- Monitor patient documentation and care plans.
- Coordinate with physicians, referral sources, patients, and families.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Assist with audits, quality assurance, and performance improvement.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support.
- Help maintain efficient agency workflows.
- Address operational and patient-care concerns in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- RN license preferred.
- Previous home health management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of home health operations and regulatory requirements.
- Healthcare management experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Stronmg organiztional and problem solving abilities.
- Professional, dependale, and team oriented.
