Operational Costs & Programs

•

Physical Damage:Optional coverage available through Roadrunner. Cost varies based on tractor value, model year, anddeductible. Current rates are approximately

$3.96-$5.10 per $1,000 ofdeclared tractor value per month.

Non-Trucking Liability: $65 per power unit per month.

•

Occupational Accident:

$167 per driver per month, where available.

Own Insurance:Contractors may obtain qualifying insurance independently ifdesired.

ELD Costs

•$6.50/Week Rental, X Company Owns The System

•Roadrunner provides and maintains the ELD hardware.

PlatesandPermits

Base Plate:Roadrunner can facilitate the base plate and recover the cost weekly, currently

up to $50 per week.

Permits:Cost varies based on the permits and jurisdictions required. Roadrunner can facilitate eligible permits.

Heavy Vehicle Use Tax:Annual tax paid by the contractor; amount varies based on the vehicle.
