Human Resources Recruiter

We are seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to join a dynamic team in Seacoast NH on a contract basis, offering $35-45/hr DOE with flexible hours. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of Engineering, Technical, and Industrial staff across both salary and hourly positions. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Onboard new employees effectively to ensure smooth integration
• Recruit for technical, industrial, salary, and hourly positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to align recruitment strategies
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
• Implement recruiting metrics focused on quality of hire
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and workflow
• Maintain candidate engagement through post-hire follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and technical recruitment
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Effective time management skills
