We are a fundraising firm working with nonprofit clients like CARE, PLAN and COMPASSION. As a Community Outreach Representative, you speak with the public at our fundraising event locations around Nashville.


You explain the cause and invite people to sign up for recurring donations. This is a face-to-face fundraising role. You learn to start conversations and help people make an informed decision about giving.


What you learn and do

  • Start a conversation with someone new.
  • Explain the campaign and how donations help.
  • Listen to questions and give clear answers.
  • Ask for support and explain the recurring donation.
  • Guide donor sign-ups and review your results with a coach.

You work toward team fundraising goals and put feedback into practice.

We teach you the role
You can start without sales or fundraising experience. We provide paid training and guided mentorship to help you build your skills.


What you bring

You follow through and show up for the posted schedule. You’re willing to practice and learn from feedback. When someone declines, you respect their choice and start the next conversation.


Customer service or retail experience can help. First-job applicants, graduates and career changers are welcome.
