The CNC Programmer will develop and optimize CNC programs primarily for multi-axis machining centers and EDM machines within a small production team. The role involves creating precise toolpaths using Tebis software, ensuring effective documentation, and collaborating closely with team members to support high-quality manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Program multi-axis machining centers and EDM machines
  • Create and optimize toolpaths using Tebis software
  • Maintain detailed documentation for machining programs
  • Collaborate with a small production team to improve processes

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in Tebis
  • Experienced with CAD/CAM software
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints accurately
  • Skilled in CNC machine operation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in CNC programming
