Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour (2-year Contract)Shift:Sunday through Thursday 4 pm to 1:30 am, occasional holidays, weekends, and overtime. Training and mentoring will be on the 8-4:30am shift for approximately 6 weeks.Why you should apply to be Customer Support Representative:

What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:
  • Providing front-line technical support and solutions to dealers and customers regarding product-related inquiries, issues, and concerns to optimize satisfaction and retention.
  • Assisting via multiple channels, including telephone, email, and chat, while documenting each interaction in the case management system.
  • Creating and maintaining support tools and resources to be available online.
  • Supporting a broad portfolio of products, including web-based dashboards, mobile apps, guidance systems, and farm management software.
  • Participating in limited travel to local sites for factory tours and on-site experiences.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Bring proven experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Possess a high comfort level with consumer software applications and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Are comfortable with data management and technical problem-solving.
  • Can work off-shift hours, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred), or a high school diploma with a technical certification in IT/database management (required if no degree).
  • Demonstrate knowledge or experience in agriculture, precision farming, or technology channels (preferred, not required).
  • Are able to adhere to strict attendance policies during the training period.
