Manufacturing Formulation/Technician

We are currently looking to hire 4–5 Manufacturing Formulation/Technician employees to support our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Because this is a high-trust position, we are looking for candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualified candidates should:

1. Have clear, legible handwriting and strong attention to detail

2. Be able to accurately follow written instructions, procedures, and batch records

3. Be reliable and consistent in attendance and work performance

4. Demonstrate the ability to follow processes carefully without cutting corners

5. Understand the importance of documentation accuracy and compliance

6. Be comfortable working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

1. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2. Compensation: $20-25 per hour, depending on experience
