About the Opportunity

Marsh & Associates, LLC is a growing Allstate Insurance Agency looking for a motivated, competitive, and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our sales team.

This is a true sales position for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing business. We provide the systems, leads, training, and supportyou bring the energy, professionalism, and desire to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Sales Producer, your primary responsibility is generating new business and helping customers protect what matters most to them.

Responsibilities include:

• Quote and sell personal insurance products, primarily auto, home, renters, and related coverage
• Work company-provided leads and inbound sales opportunities
• Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospects
• Identify cross-selling and account-rounding opportunities
• Educate prospects on coverage options and make appropriate recommendations
• Build rapport quickly and confidently ask for the sale
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow-up process
• Meet and exceed individual monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in agency systems
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
• Follow Allstate underwriting, compliance, and agency procedures

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is positive, driven, coachable, competitive, and comfortable being held accountable for results.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds an active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Has insurance sales experience; Allstate experience is a plus
• Has a proven ability to sell and close business
• Is comfortable working the phone and handling a high volume of opportunities
• Communicates professionally and confidently
• Understands that consistent follow-up is a major part of successful insurance sales
• Can work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Is receptive to coaching and continually looks for ways to improve
• Has strong organizational and time-management skills
• Wants to build a career rather than simply fill a position

Compensation & Opportunity

The position includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based commissions and incentives, creating significant upside for producers who consistently perform.
