We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-onArea Managerto help support our growing commercial and residential cleaning teams. Our Area Manager would posses the willingness to jump in, work alongside the team, solve problems on the spot, and make sure our crews have what they need to be successful.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, On-call every other weekend.
Key Outcomes
- Zero non emergency calls to executive management after business hours
- Ensure staff have completed 100% of required trainings
- 100% completion of the Cloud nightly report
What You'll Do
- Visiting 5+ buildings per night based on schedule set by supervisor/client needs
- Leaving thank you notes and other comms for clients to strengthen existing relationships
- Sharing client feedback with staff and contractors and provide recognition on a regular basis
- Visiting newly won accounts prior to launch, ensuring scope, access, building layout and needs are clearly understood so that staff/contractors can be trained
- Encouraging staff as needed to review or discuss cleaning quality or concerns
- People interaction training
- Leadership and coaching and counseling
- Filling last minute staff absences with other cleaning team members
- Auditing time clocks every morning to ensure accuracy
- Ensuring van is clean and orderly on a daily basis with load list followed
- Providing initial and ongoing training on proper equipment, supplies and consumables usage
- Conducting cleaning team training to ensure most expedient and best cleaning practices
