Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) is a global consulting and captive management firm that helps organizations design, implement, and manage innovative risk financing strategies. We work with companies across a wide range of industries, helping them solve complex business challenges through captive insurance, alternative risk financing, and strategic consulting.

As we plan for our 2027 hiring needs, we're looking to connect with ambitious Bentley University students interested in analytical, client-facing, and business-focused careers.

Support underwriting and risk assessment activities by analyzing exposures, evaluating client data, and helping clients make informed risk financing decisions.

Analyze business and insurance risks, develop financial models, and assist clients in understanding and managing complex risk exposures.

Transform data into actionable insights through reporting, trend analysis, visualization, and business intelligence initiatives that support client and internal decision-making.
