Apis Property Management is seeking an experienced, hands-on Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Harmony Plaza 1 & 2, a multifamily community in Atlanta, GA. This is a great opportunity to join a growing property management company and take ownership of a well-positioned asset.

What You'll Do
- Oversee all on-site operations for Harmony Plaza 1 & 2, including leasing, resident retention, and community standards
- Manage the property using Yardi, including rent collection, delinquency management, work order tracking, and reporting
- Supervise on-site staff (leasing, maintenance, administrative) and manage vendor relationships
- Drive occupancy and renewal goals through proactive leasing and resident engagement
- Prepare and manage the property budget; monitor variances and control expenses
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and Georgia landlord-tenant regulations
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain curb appeal and unit readiness
- Handle resident concerns, lease violations, and escalations professionally and promptly
- Provide accurate, timely reporting to the Apis corporate team
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience (Property Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)
- Working knowledge of Yardi (Voyager or similar) required
- Strong leader with experience managing on-site teams
- Solid understanding of Georgia landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing compliance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports
- CAM, CAPS, or similar industry certification a plus
