AccuAir Heating & Cooling, a locally owned company serving Central Oregon, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Install Apprentices in HVAC.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly wage of $20.00 - $25.00, based on ability and attitude

Schedule: Monday-Friday (40 hours per week), with occasional overtime

What the Role Involves

• Work alongside experienced installers on residential and light commercial projects
• Help install complete heating and cooling systems, including ductwork and equipment
• Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe
• Learn the trade through daily hands-on guidance and structured training
• Build real skills and take on more responsibility as you progress

What We're Looking For

• Natural mechanical inclination and a strong desire to learn
• Positive attitude, reliability, and solid work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a variety of conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Strong teamwork skills and clear communication
