Boxencrew is a high-end automotive customization shop specializing in Window Tint, Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, and Vinyl Wrapsand we’re looking for a confident, high-energy, customer-facing team member.

This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on closing deals, and takes pride in creating exceptional customer experiencesespecially over the phone.

What you’ll do:

• Handle inbound calls, make outbound calls to warm leads, respond to texts & emails
• Educate customers on premium tint, ceramic, PPF, and wrap options
• Upsell high-value services
• Book appointments and manage the schedule efficiently
• Be the friendly, polished face customers remember and trust
