Key Duties & Responsibilities
Job Site Support: Provide support to lead technicians on service calls and installations. Load and unload tools, clean and organize work areas, and prep job sites.
Installation Assistance: Assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Help carry equipment, remove old units, set up pads, and assemble ductwork.
Maintenance Tasks: Clean coils, change filters, and clear drain lines under supervision.
Tool & Safety Compliance: Keep work areas and company vehicles clean and organized. Learn to safely operate hand and power tools while following company safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and work in tight spaces like attics or crawlspaces.
Work Ethic: Strong willingness to learn, reliability, and punctuality.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
