Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Critical in this role is relationship management, leadership skills, attitude, and aptitude.Responsibilities· Project timeline development· Manage project financials to meet or exceed budget expectations· Coordinate efforts across entire project between subcontractors, architect, engineer, and general contactor· Plan and specification review· Subcontractor & supplier buyout· Prepare budgets and cost estimates· Monitor project deliverables· Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress· Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

This is a Contract position based out of Lexington, KY.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
