The ESOP is a fantastic benefit because the employee-owners contribute zero dollars of their own money to the plan.Position Title: Delivery Driver/Warehouse WorkerJOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker, the primary duties and obligations include but are not limited to delivering aftermarket automotive parts and accessories over established routes or within an established territory, assisting in the warehouse stocking shelves, and performing essential clerical duties related to the warehouse. Provide on-location support as needed, including organizing parts and processing FedEx shipments and other outgoing orders. The driver must pull and stage from stock in the warehouse, load, and drive a non-commercial delivery van to deliver the products to our customers. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES•\tAccurately pull products from warehouse stock and stage outgoing orders for delivery.•\tLoad and unload products from company delivery vehicles and accurately confirm & receive inbound shipments and returned goods.•\tOperate non-commercial delivery vehicles to customers’ locations throughout the respective territory.•\tCollect COD and credit card payments from active accounts and customers.•\tStock shelves, receive goods, verify inventory, and accurately record data via scanner and/or manually.•\tPerform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.EDUCATION•\tHigh School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS•\tPossess a valid driver’s license.•\tMeet insurance requirements, including a minimum of three years of driving experience with a clean record.•\tAbility to operate a smartphone for customer payment collection and timekeeping tasks.•\tProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software, including inventory database programs.•\tStrong knowledge of customer and personal service principles, including customer needs assessment, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.•\tExcellent active listening skills.•\tStrong organizational and time management abilities.•\tMust already possess a Forklift Operator Certification or be able to obtain one within 90 days of hire. Team Allied will fully fund all necessary training and certification programs.•\tExposure to outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.•\tWork in enclosed vehicles and open warehouse environments.
