Job Description

Title: Client Service Representative

Purpose: To provide outstanding customer service and assist clients when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all clients
• Answer telephones
• Check and respond to voicemails
• Check Lucky Dog emails and reply
• Schedule boarding
• General filing
• Data entry
• Verify vaccinations
• Open/close financials daily
• Prepare boarding arrivals/departures folders
• Process transactions (credit card, cash card, held receipts, etc.)
• Assist in running dogs to/from the back kennel area
• Contact clients for any/all incidents or injuries
• Clean front office, reception desk and lobby as needed
• Stock and price retail as needed
• Give tours of the resort as requested
• Help maintain a safe work environment
• Transport dogs to vet as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers

Must maintain a high level of customer service

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

May be required to stand for long periods

Must have basic to advanced computer skills

Must be able to multi-task

Must be able to strive in a high volume environment

Must be comfortable with ALL breeds and temperaments of dogs

Must be punctual and dependable
