This internship will start in May of 2027, working a hybrid schedule from our headquarters in Des Moines.

• Currentjunior, senior or graduatestudentpursing aBachelor's degreeinInformation Security,ComputerScience,Business Analytics,MIS,or related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of developer concepts/tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages (ex. NodeJS, AWS SNS/SQS/Lamda, SQL, AWS Glue, Python) and computer operating systems – Windows, Unix, etc.
• Demonstrateproficiencywith modern AI tools and incorporate them effectively into engineering workflows and development practices.
• Knowledge and experience with structured and/or object-oriented programming techniques.
• Analytical problem-solving skills. Accuracy and high attention to detail.
• Ability to trouble-shoot and develop creative and efficient technical solutions.
• Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Access,PowerPointand Excel).
• Excellent writing and communication skills; excellent organizational skills. Strong time management skills and ability to continually prioritize as needed.

Preferred:

• Prior work experience in an office environment or internship
