Retail Customer Service

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service representative at Sandy's Donuts & Coffee Shop. • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing delicious donuts and freshly brewed coffee
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Need to be available weekdays and at least one weekend day
