Role at a glance

Core duties
- Set up and run CNC lathes to produce shafts, rods, housings, sleeves, fittings, valves, and other components for industrial, AG, construction, and heavy equipment applications.
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs; reverseengineer parts from samples or prints.
- Read blueprints plus hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics; verify dimensions; inspect finished parts.
- Troubleshoot machining processes and hydraulic issues; replace worn tooling/components; adjust offsets; perform basic maintenance.
- Support repair and rebuild work on pumps, cylinders, motors, and custom hydraulic assemblies.
Musthaves
- 1+ year of CNC setup/programming with lathes or Okuma LU4000EX.
- Handson experience creating/editing CNC programs and reverseengineering parts.
- Ability to interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics/drawings.
Nicetohaves
- Hydraulic repair, pump rebuild, fluid power, industrial, construction, AG, or mechanical repair/rebuild background.
