Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week guaranteed

Integrity Care Solutions is seeking a dependable and flexible Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a Flex position. This role will work with multiple clients throughout the Twin Cities metro area, based on client needs and scheduling.

This is not a position assigned to one permanent client. The Flex DSP must be comfortable working with different individuals, traveling to different client locations, and adjusting to varying schedules. Flexibility, reliability, and willingness to travel throughout the metro area are essential.

Services

The Flex DSP may support clients receiving:

• Homemaking
  
  
• IHS with Training
  
  
• IHS without Training
  
  
• ICLS
  
  

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary based on each client's individualized needs and support plan and may include:

• Assisting with homemaking and household tasks
  
  
• Supporting grocery shopping, meal planning, and organization
  
  
• Teaching and supporting independent living skills
  
  
• Helping clients establish and maintain daily routines
  
  
• Providing reminders, guidance, and encouragement
  
  
• Supporting community activities and outings
  
  
• Assisting clients with planning and completing important daily tasks
  
  
• Following individualized support plans and client preferences
  
  
• Completing accurate service notes and required documentation
  
  

Requirements

Applicants must be dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently. Candidates must be flexible with their schedule and willing to work with multiple clients throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between client locations are required.

Previous experience as a DSP, PCA, caregiver, IHS staff, ICLS staff, or in a similar direct-care position is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Applicants must also be able to successfully complete required background studies and employment training.
