Ice Rink Manager / Rink Operator
Ice Den Arena is looking for a dependable, hands-on Rink Manager / Rink Operator to join our team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping an ice facility running smoothly, safely, and looking its best.
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Approximately 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
This is an early-morning position, so reliability and punctuality are extremely important.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Zamboni / ice resurfacer and maintain high-quality ice conditions
- Perform routine ice maintenance and rink preparation
- Monitor rink equipment and mechanical systems
- Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs throughout the facility
- Clean and maintain locker rooms, restrooms, common areas, rink areas, and other facility spaces
- Open the facility and ensure the rink is ready for daily operations
- Identify equipment or maintenance problems and help troubleshoot issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for players, coaches, families, and guests
- Assist with other day-to-day rink operations as needed
