Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, in-person visits, email, and chat
• Provide phone support and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Manage scheduling and appointment coordination using TekMetric
• Develop solutions to customer problems and ensure high customer care standards
• Communicate effectively with repair technicians and sales teams
• Maintain organized schedules and handle multitasking demands

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in problem solving and conflict resolution
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and collaborate across departments
