Power Precision as a Molded Assembler in Electronics Manufacturing

Location: Maple Grove, MN | Payrate: $20/hour | Schedule: 6am to 2:30pm


PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading innovator in the electronics manufacturing industry to hire a detail-focused Molded Assembler. In this role, your craftsmanship and consistency will directly impact the quality and reliability of essential electronic components. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

You’ll play a key role in the assembly process, ensuring products meet exacting standards:

  • Perform basic assembly tasks involving connectors and molded components

  • Clean and prepare parts to meet strict quality requirements

  • Handle small components with accuracy and care, requiring steady hands and strong attention to detail

  • Follow safety procedures when working with and around chemicals

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

What You Bring to the Table

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong manual dexterity and excellent visual acuity

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality

  • Comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods, with occasional standing, reaching, twisting, and stooping

  • Ability to work safely with and around chemicals

  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills and a results-driven attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in assembly or electronics manufacturing

  • Familiarity with handling small components or precision parts

  • Experience working in fast-paced production environments

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
