Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily output goals
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and tolerances
- Conduct basic machine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or production schedules
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production flow
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
- Ability to read basic blueprints, work orders, or technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
