Chick’n Out is looking for dependable, hard-working cooks to join our kitchen team. Experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook food to Chick’n Out standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Read tickets and communicate with the kitchen team
- Follow food-safety and allergy procedures
- Help teammates during busy shifts
- Complete opening, cleaning, and closing tasks
What We Expect
- Show up on time, in uniform, and ready to work
- Move with urgency while protecting food quality
- Communicate when something is low, delayed, or wrong
- Accept coaching and apply what you learn
- Take ownership of your station
- Help the team without always being asked
We provide structured, hands-on training. Before working independently, you’ll learn the station, practice with a trainer, complete checkoffs, and show that you can perform the job safely and consistently.
