Pay Rate
$22.00to $23.00per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday,700 am to345pm.
Line LeaderDuties and Responsibilities
- Lead and direct a team of production employees on assigned production lines.
- Ensure production schedules, quotas, and deadlines are met.
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Verify proper setup, operation, and changeovers of production equipment.
- Train new employeesonsafety procedures, quality standards, and job responsibilities.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of line employees.
Line LeaderQualificationsandRequirements
- Bilingual,Spanish and Englishwould be a plus.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience required.
- Prior leadership, lead operator, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer and paperwork documentation skills.
