Job Description
Mancan Staffing is assisting a well-established union manufacturing company in Kent in hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Salary: $45,000 - $47,500 annually to start
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with order processing, customer inquiries, and coordinating information between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Communicate with customers regarding orders, products, and delivery information
Enter and maintain order information within company systems
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a dealer-based customer environment is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Performance review after 90 days with approximately a $1,500 annual salary increase based on performance
