Patrick Casey & Co. LLP is a established accounting firm seeking an organized, dependable Seasonal E-Filing & Administrative Assistant to join our team for the upcoming busy season. This is a vital support role working hand-in-hand with our administrative staff, professional team, partners, and valued clients to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-Filing Management: Serve as the main point of contact for personal electronic tax e-filing submissions.
  • Client Service: Deliver friendly, professional customer service over the phone and assist callers promptly.
  • Billing Operations: Process, verify, and send out paper billing check statements.
  • Front Desk Support: Support the administrative team with general office tasks and incoming client inquiries.
  • Software Navigation: Quickly learn and utilize internal firm software to execute daily workflows accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role (experience in accounting, legal, or professional services is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy with a proven ability to pick up new software programs quickly.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Team-player mindset with a reliable, hardworking work ethic.
