Beacon Ridge Nursing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aid to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Housekeeping Aid at our facility, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, residents, and staff.
About the Role
As a Housekeeping Aid, you will be responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping tasks to ensure the cleanliness and organization of our facility. This includes, but is not limited to:
Cleaning patient and resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Restocking linens, toiletries, and other supplies
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public and private areas, including hallways, stairwells, and elevators
Responding to cleaning requests and priority tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Utilizing housekeeping equipment and supplies, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and disinfectants
Collaborating with other departments, including Environmental Services, Laundry, and Dietary, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements
No experience required; training will be provided
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and quality of work
Physical ability to lift 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and reaching
Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
