Kennewick, WA | $60,000–$65,000 + Quarterly Bonus

A growing full-service concept recognized as one of the most promising restaurant brands expanding across the West Coast is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager. This high-volume location features an extensive selection of unique craft cocktails and a diverse menu of elevated entrees designed to satisfy a wide range of guests in Kennewick and the broader Tri-Cities market.

The Restaurant Manager oversees all front-of-house daily operations. Responsibilities include delivering consistently high-quality guest service, training and developing team members, executing the Daily Manager Agenda, managing FOH scheduling within budget, and supporting timely planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000–$65,000

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of current Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant (over $2 million in annual sales)
• Stable work history
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and build community rapport
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly team members
• Proven proficiency with financials, including P&Ls, inventory, and food/labor cost control
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
