Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for a motivated, team-building individual to fill theFull Time Retail Store Manager position at our CARO Store at 1560 W. Caro Rd in Caro.
Management of retail store, achieving and maintaining retail increases and margin goals, and following and enforcing all policies and procedures.
$50,000/yr Salary with MONTHLYBonus Potential!

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Developand implementstrategies to achieve monthly and yearly budgeted sales goals.
- Increasesales per square foot through proper pricing and appropriate quantity and quality of merchandise.
- Increasebottom-line contribution (revenue less expense) through retail program management and effective utilization of resources.
- Properly price, display, and maintain merchandise.
- Increase donations by serving donors through appropriate receiving, handling, and organizing donated goods
- Recruiting, hiring, training, retaining, motivating, and communicating with store employees.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1yearmanagement experience required.
- Minimum of 1yearof general retail, or production experience.
- Must have telephone access
- Must have access to a vehicle anda valid Michigan driver's license.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds.
- Ability to reach, bend or stoop.
- Ability to push, pull and operate a pallet jack.
- Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently.
