Stand Up Guys is looking for a Crew Leader who takes pride in their work, leads with confidence, and deliversan outstandingcustomer experience on every job. Ifyou'rereliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership, this is the role for you.

This is an active, hands-on position whereyou'lllead each job from start to finish guiding yourteammate, communicating with customers, and making sure every job is completed safely and efficiently.

Compensation$22–$27/hour base pay + daily tips + performance bonuses

What You'll Do

·Drive the truck to and from job sites

·Lead and support your teammate on every job

·Walk through jobs with customers and provide pricing

·Load and remove items safely and efficiently

·Keep the truck clean, organized, and road-ready

·Represent Stand Up Guys professionally on every job

What We're Looking For

·Reliable, punctual, and ready to work

·Comfortable communicating with customers

·Able to think independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions

·Takes pride in their work and follows through every time

·A natural leader who also knows how to be a great teammate

Requirements

·Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

·Ability to lift heavy items consistently

·Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
