Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Engineer 1 you are responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in a healthcare facility environment. This position focuses on ensuring that essential hospital equipment, furniture, and systems are operational, safe, and reliable. The role requires technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other staff members.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required

  • 1 year of experience in facility maintenance or a related field required
