Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Mounds View, MN
Duration: 3 Months
Shift:
Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, some OT potentially

Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Associates are individual contributors responsible for executing warehousing activities for incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Warehouse associates receive, handle, store, record and dispatch goods in the warehouse.
  • Ensures various warehousing operations including packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintains complete and accurate data in the ERP (SxE) system.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage/discrepancies, put away stock, and load delivery trucks securely.
  • Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, label, and stage items using paper or electronic pick sheets.
  • Inventory & Data Entry: Count stock, update inventory records in the database, and log any order discrepancies.
  • Warehouse & Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move, stack, and store materials.
  • Safety & Upkeep: Follow all warehouse safety rules and optimize shelf and rack storage space.
    Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, picking, packing, or moving goods.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
    • Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rates, ratios).
    • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office or warehouse management software preferred).
    • Ability to write routine correspondence and complete standard inventory reports.
