Java Lead

We are seeking a highly skilledCore Java Developerto design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, object-oriented design principles, multithreading, data structures, algorithms, and database development. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions.

Experience:10+ years of industry experience who can work as tech lead.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and support Java-based applications and services.

Develop robust and scalable solutions using Core Java and object-oriented programming principles.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.

Work with relational databases and write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning solutions.

Implement multithreading, concurrency, collection frameworks, and design patterns where applicable.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to application architecture discussions.

Debug production issues and provide timely resolution.

Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and scalability.

Collaborate with QA teams during testing cycles and support release activities.

Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Requirements:
